Our new practice venue at the Bald Hills Hotel is proving to be a popular one. Members and visitors are enjoying the surroundings and the availability of drinks and food.
All are welcome to our practice nights at the hotel whether you sing, play an instrument or just want to listen to some good old country music. Non members are more than welcome….
Our socials are going well and numbers are steadily increasing.
For $7.50 you get an afternoons entertainment and a feed – not bad hey – and you can sing a couple of songs with a backing band…… The venue is The Uniting Church hall on Old Gympie Road between the Bald Hills School and the Hotel. Just drop in -you will be most welcome……
I hear that Chandler will be singing at the Exhibition so pop along and see him perform…
Our September social will be a 50s and 60s theme so if members and performing guests can do one of your two songs from that era – that would be great.
